Delivery Coverage & Charges

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Standard delivery areas, including Abu Dhabi City, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain, cost AED 35 for merchandise subtotals below AED 300 after discounts and are free from AED 300. Selected remote areas in Al Ain and the Western Region (Al Dhafra), as listed at checkout, cost AED 70 below AED 1,000 after discounts and are free from AED 1,000. The applicable fee is based on the actual delivery location, not the emirate alone. Rates apply to Ziina online payments and eligible cash-on-delivery orders.

Standard Delivery Areas (including Dubai, Abu Dhabi City, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain):

  • Orders of AED 300 or more after discounts: Free standard UAE delivery
  • Orders below AED 300 after discounts: AED 35 standard UAE delivery fee
  • Standard UAE Delivery Time: 2 to 5 working days

Selected Remote Areas (Al Ain and Western Region / Al Dhafra):

Al Ain: Al-Qaw, Al-Waqan, Sweihan, Nahil, Al-Khatim, Al-Khazneh, Al-Dhahirah, Bu Kriya, Abu Samra, Al-Sad, Al-Arad, Seih Al-Lahama, Truck Road, Seih Sabra, Ramah.

Western Region: Ghayathi, Sila, Ruwais, Beda Zayed, Beda Mutawa, Madinat Zayed, Hameem, Habshan, Liwa, Al Marfa, Bainouna, Asab, Al Dhanna, Al Shuwaihat, Al Mahadir Al Sharqiya.

  • Remote-area delivery is free for orders of AED 1,000 or more after discounts.
  • Remote-area delivery costs AED 70 for orders below AED 1,000 after discounts.

International Shipping

For international delivery outside the UAE, please contact us before placing an order. Shipping availability, charges and estimated delivery time require a separate quotation based on the destination, packed dimensions and weight. UAE delivery fees and free-delivery offers do not apply internationally. Any applicable destination duties, taxes and clearance charges will be clarified in the quotation before payment. International shipping is not currently available for automatic checkout.

Express Delivery Option

Express Delivery within 24-48 hours is available for AED 250. Subject to stock availability and confirmation of delivery slot.

Special / Back Orders

Custom or out-of-stock items require 45 to 60 days for delivery. Urgent air cargo options are available at an extra cost based on size and weight.

Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday
Time Window: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Delivery during public holidays or peak seasons may be delayed slightly with notice.

Missed Deliveries

If the customer agrees to a delivery time and is not available:

  • First failed attempt: Free
  • Second failed attempt: AED 100 re-delivery charge applies.

Customer Responsibility

Customers must be present at the scheduled delivery time. Valid Emirates ID and signature are mandatory upon delivery. Customers must inspect the item before signing the receipt.

Inspection Upon Delivery & Refusal Charges

Customers are requested to inspect their products upon delivery and before the courier leaves, to check for visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products. Any concerns should be reported immediately to the courier and Mazart Home. Inspection before payment for cash-on-delivery orders is subject to the courier’s permitted procedures.

If a customer refuses to accept an order that is correct, complete, and undamaged solely due to a change of mind, the customer may be charged only an applicable refusal or return shipping fee that was clearly disclosed and agreed to before checkout, subject to applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

No refusal or return shipping fee applies when the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described. Inspection or signing at delivery does not waive the customer’s statutory rights, including rights relating to defects discovered later.

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Policy

Standard Delivery Areas (including Dubai, Abu Dhabi City, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain):

  • Cash on delivery is available for eligible UAE orders where offered at checkout.
  • Online payment by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay is also available through Ziina.
  • Standard-area delivery is AED 35 below AED 300 after discounts and free from AED 300. Selected remote-area delivery is AED 70 below AED 1,000 and free from AED 1,000.

Selected Remote Areas (Al Ain and Western Region / Al Dhafra):

  • COD not available
  • Only prepaid orders are accepted

Verification & Conditions:

  • COD orders may be verified before dispatch
  • Repeated cancellations may result in COD being disabled
  • Full payment due on delivery

Assembly Disclaimer

MAZART does not provide assembly, wall-mounting, or installation services. Instructions may be shared upon request for mirrors and wall art. Customers are responsible for their own setup or installation arrangements.

Warranty Disclaimer

MAZART does not provide warranties on its products. Our items are handcrafted, decorative pieces designed for aesthetic purposes. Minor variations and imperfections are natural and reflect artisanal craftsmanship. Functional items like mirrors are not covered under warranty once delivered and accepted.
