2Select Inspect Before Pay
At checkout, choose Cash on Delivery and select the inspection service when it is offered for your order.
3Inspect at Delivery
Visually check the item at your doorstep while the delivery representative is present. Inspection does not include use or a home trial.
4Love It? Accept & Pay
If you’re happy with the item, accept it and pay the applicable order total. Enjoy your new décor with confidence.
Available for eligible physical décor items when shown at checkout, with Cash on Delivery.
If you refuse a correct, undamaged item solely due to a change of mind, the agreed AED 35 inspection and delivery fee applies.
No change-of-mind refusal fee for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Mandatory UAE consumer rights remain protected.
